Terms of Service
These terms govern customer accounts, bookings, payments, ticket access, and use of TicketPakistan services.

Account Use
You must provide accurate details when creating an account, booking seats, or requesting support. TicketPakistan may suspend accounts that use false contact information, duplicate identities, or abusive booking behavior.
Bookings And Payments
Tickets are confirmed only after TicketPakistan approves the booking request. In the current public flow, payment and refund handling may be completed offline through WhatsApp, phone, or support before final confirmation.
Fare Protection
Fuel prices may rise with little notice, including close to or on the departure day, and the bus operator may otherwise collect the resulting fare difference before travel. Where offered, Fare Protection is an optional checkout add-on that covers a fuel-related fare increase only up to the coverage limit printed on the ticket. If the increase exceeds that limit, the passenger remains responsible only for the amount above the limit. The protection price and coverage limit are fixed when payment is made. Fare Protection is separate from the bus fare and is not refundable on a customer-initiated cancellation.
Identity And Passenger Data
Passenger names, phone numbers, and CNIC details must belong to the actual traveler. You are responsible for inaccuracies that affect boarding, ticket recovery, refunds, or fraud review.
Refunds And Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on departure timing, route policy windows, and any event or Eid pricing rules active at booking time. For the current manual booking flow, refund handling may be completed offline by TicketPakistan support.
