We're a small Karachi company building the booking experience the Karachi ↔ Hazara corridor never had — live seats, honest fares, a ticket with your name on it, and a support line a person actually answers.

It started with a phone call that nobody answered.
Every night, coaches leave Karachi for Abbottabad, Mansehra and the towns of the Hazara division — eighteen-hour journeys that families plan around weddings, Eid, a parent's health. And for years, booking one worked the same way: you called a counter number until someone picked up, read out names over a bad line, and hoped the seat you were promised was actually written down.
No live seat map, so you couldn't see what was really free. No receipt, so a cash payment lived on trust. No ticket, so the “confirmation” was a WhatsApp screenshot — if you got one at all. When plans changed, getting money back meant more calls, to the same number that rang busy on Eid week.
Ticket Pakistan exists to replace that with something a family can rely on.
We didn't try to fix it from the outside. We went to the operators who actually run these coaches — names this corridor already trusts — and signed direct agreements, so the seats on our platform come straight from their counters. Then we built the rest of what was missing: the live seat map, the wallet payment, the e-ticket, the refund that doesn't require an argument.

This is our paperwork, written in plain words — who you're actually buying from, how your money moves, and whose coaches you'll be sitting in.
Who you're buying from
The company on your receipt.
When you buy a ticket here, you buy it from us — Ticket Pakistan Travel (Private) Limited, a Karachi company. Not from a listing, not from a middleman who disappears after checkout.
In legal terms we sell as principal — the seller of record on every ticket. In plain words: the receipt carries our name, so the responsibility is ours. If a seat is wrong, if a refund is due, if anything goes sideways, there is exactly one company to hold to account, and you're reading its About page.

How the money works
One payment, one name, one place for refunds.
You pay with EasyPaisa — live on the platform today. The fare you see is the fare you pay: PKR 7,000 on the seat map means PKR 7,000 at checkout, no fees appearing at the last step.
Your ticket is issued in Ticket Pakistan's name and emailed to you. And because we're the seller of record, refunds come from us, not the operator — you never stand at a counter arguing about whose problem it is.
Who we work with

A proper document with passenger name, seat number and booking number — not a screenshot you have to defend at the counter.
- No hidden fees
The fare on the screen is the fare you pay. PKR 7,000 at the seat map means PKR 7,000 at checkout.
- Refunds handled by us
We sell as principal — the seller of record on every ticket. If plans change, your refund comes from Ticket Pakistan; you're never sent to chase an operator counter.
- A person on the other end
Seat change, running late, a coach delayed — message the WhatsApp line and our team sorts it, seven days a week.
