TicketPakistan is a digital travel booking platform. Booking requests are currently completed through WhatsApp or call support, and no physical goods are shipped to customers.

Nature of service
TicketPakistan currently provides online route discovery, booking request collection, ticket lookup, and manual customer support for intercity passenger transport in Pakistan. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Digital delivery
After TicketPakistan manually confirms a booking request, ticket details may be delivered digitally through the website, booking confirmation pages, WhatsApp, email, dashboard access, booking reference, and customer support channels.
Operator fulfilment
Actual transport is fulfilled by the relevant bus operator. TicketPakistan handles the booking interface, reservation workflow, manual confirmation, support coordination, and customer communication.
Service availability
Routes, departure times, seat availability, pricing, and operator participation may change without notice based on operational conditions, system updates, demand, or partner schedules.
Customer support
Customers can request booking help, schedule clarification, cancellation guidance, ticket recovery, and group booking assistance through TicketPakistan support by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Online payment is coming soon.
