What We Collect
TicketPakistan collects account details, passenger manifest data, booking records, payment references, and recovery contact information needed to operate the platform and support ticket access.
Why We Use It
We use this information to create accounts, confirm bookings, recover tickets, process refunds, prevent fraud, and support operator and admin workflows related to your travel.
Verification And Security
Email verification codes and related security records may be stored to activate accounts and reduce fake or unreachable signups. We also keep audit and error records to investigate failures and misuse.
Payment Information
Online payments are handled by our payment partners, Easypaisa and PayFast. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference for each payment, but we do not store your full card or mobile-wallet credentials on our own systems.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a few trusted providers who process your information only as needed to run the platform: Easypaisa and PayFast for payments, Google for optional sign-in, an email provider to deliver your e-ticket, and error-reporting tools that help us keep the app stable. We do not sell your personal information.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep your account and booking records for as long as your account is active and as needed to run the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Verification codes are short-lived and expire within minutes, and audit and error records are kept only for as long as needed to investigate problems and misuse.
Your Choices And Data Deletion
You can view and update your account details in the app, and turn notifications off from your device settings. To request a copy or the deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] and we will respond in line with applicable law. Some records, such as completed transactions, may be kept where the law requires.
Children's Privacy
TicketPakistan is intended for adults booking travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
